Kasra Seirafi has 20+ years experience both as professional industry expert and as academic research professional. Currently, he works as Business Developer and R&D consultant at Fluxguide (Vienna). He received his PhD and Master from University of Vienna \/ Stanford University (research visitor) and his BSc. from University of Derby (UK).
He has been leading businesses (C-level), carried out digital project management and product development, R&D exploitation, and consulting. His professional activities have an international background with project experiences in Europe, the US, Middle America and the Middle East.
He conceptualized several R&D project ideas and carried out multi-consortial, international R&D projects (EU-level and below), academic research, publishing & university level teaching.

Alexander Hauer<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

VISUAL ARTS & DESIGN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alexander Hauer studied theater studies and German studies. As a director, he created over 80 productions for plays, operas, operettas, musicals and theatre for children. He also works as a co-author, event dramaturge, programme designer and moderator. He was a lecturer at the Bruckner University in Linz from 2008 to 2012. He was also chairman of „MERKw\u00fcrd. Melk Centre for Contemporary History“ to commemorate the victims of the Melk concentration camp and to promote a contemporary culture of remembrance.
Alexander Hauer is artistic director of the Melk Summer Games as well as the cabaret and concert stages B\u00fchne im Hof in St. P\u00f6lten and the Tischlerei Kulturwerkstatt in Melk.

Gerhard Riesenhuber<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Gerhard Riesenhuber studied media technology at University of Applied Sciences St. P\u00f6lten and found his way into the professional filmmaking world in 2009. He works mainly as digital imaging technician, consultant and colorist on national and international filmsets in the field of ficitional cinema, TV and streaming productions. He is also experienced in smaller projects, where he does most of the necessary steps of filmmaking himself. When there is time in between projects he holds lectures and workshops at Vienna Filmakademie, University of Applied Sciences St. P\u00f6lten or for other film production companies. His big passion is creating moving pictures that are fitting and help telling the story.

G\u00fcnter Nikodim<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

G\u00fcnter Nikodim is a freelancing 3D- and visual effects artist with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in St. P\u00f6lten in 2007, where he studied media technology. Since then, he has been involved in various TV and feature film projects. He is a generalist, who can handle tasks throughout the
whole VFX pipeline, from modeling and texturing to animation and compositing. With a passion for dinosaurs and paleoart, his main area of interest lies in creature design, rigging and animation.

Chris Dohr was born in Voitsberg\/Styria. He studied theatre, film and media studies at the University of Vienna and film production at the Vienna Film Academy. He has been working in the film and television industry since 2012, producing several nationally and internationally successful short films, documentaries, feature films and music videos. At the streaming service JOYN, he is executive producer and additionally responsible for the implementation of Austrian fiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PHILIP SCHEINER<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

SOUND & MUSIC<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Philip Scheiner is a director and producer of radio plays, as well as a feature writer at \u00d61 (ORF), where he also works as a dramaturge for radio plays. His radio work has taken him through various formats and genres since 1998. His focus is on the interaction of language, sound and noise and their imaginative effect, which is determined not least by the rhythm of the acoustic narrative, which makes language editing a primary discipline of his work.

Georg Reimond has been the Head of Digital Performance at COPE since July 2018. With an academic background in content strategy and linguistics, he has developed a particular expertise in social media marketing, an area he has focused on for over ten years. Together with his team, Georg is responsible for the development and implementation of campaigns across all social media platforms. He also contributes to strategic customer consulting, leveraging his knowledge in online marketing, SEO, and user-centered design to enhance digital engagement and performance.
